Ella Lee Murphy is a chef, herbalist, and artist devoted to cultivating nourishment, pleasure, and connection through food and plants. As co-founder and CCO of A-Dapte, she crafts tinctures and elixirs designed to awaken the senses and support holistic wellness, and she serves on the founding board and as CCO of Sanctuary of the Sacred Wild, a nonprofit fostering deep connection to the natural world. She was also a contributing author to Fridays from the Garden, a cookbook by Flamingo Estate.

Ella’s work is rooted in a lifelong love of plants, food, and embodied experience—drawing from her childhood adventures in wild gardens, her years exploring farmers’ markets and kitchens across Los Angeles, and her studies of herbalism and food medicine. Through her teachings and creations, she invites others to explore plant medicine, engage all the senses, and reconnect with the pleasure, vitality, and presence that nourish body, mind, and spirit.
